Without the passion, dedication, drive and desire of individuals (both in the Tiny Steps team, and its members) we would not be where we are today.

Meet the team.
Laura is one of Charlotte's best friends and they have been friends since they met in college.
She has worked with Martin for the last 17 years. Charlotte has been involved with Tiny Steps from the start and understands the isolation and lack of services available for children with additional needs due to working in a local special school.
Charlotte has taken part in various fundraisers over the years and continues to apply for grants and funding, but without a doubt her favourite was organising a Take That tribute night!
Diane knew Laura and Martin through mutual friends.
Diane has 3 children and knows first-hand what isolation feels like as her first born child has severe Global developmental delay.
So, once Tiny Steps had set up stay and play and attending a few times Diane was keen to help. Diane now is responsible for the SEN sessions as well as day to day running of the charity with the rest of the team . We would be lost without her.
Michelle is one of Laura's best friends of many years.
When little lady was born, Michelle shared Laura and Martins vision of what Tiny Steps could be and, being an experienced SEN education professional herself, worked with young people and families who could benefit from more support through their own SEN journeys.
Alongside being on the Tiny Steps team, Michelle has also completed her own challenges to raise money and has supported Laura’s daughter with a couple of her challenges too.
Scott has known Martin from the age of 5 years old and they have been best friends since.
Scott has been our major fundraiser with a variety of challenges which mainly centre around live music events where his nights have sold over 3,000 tickets and raised over £110,000 for us.
He has brought the likes of Shed Seven, Mike Joyce, Clint Boon, John Power, Peter Hook, Chris Helme, Bez and many more to Northwich.
A big thank you to Scott for all the money raised so far.
Martin and Laura started Tiny steps in 2013. This was following the birth of their first-born daughter in 2010, who was born with significant developmental delays and a rare form of epilepsy called West syndrome.
They realised really quickly how isolating it was to have no one to talk to in similar situations, and services were very quickly not meeting needs of their family.
Laura and Martin wanted to change this and not have others left feeling isolated.
Their passion to make that change is still going strong. Both Laura and Martin have lived in Northwich all their lives and have two daughters.
